  "the flats inside was clean, well organised as extra sheet to change if you didn't want to be disturbed, Beatrice was nice. Louise was friendly with me. please sort out the pipe system as the water was not going out of the bath I think showers will be the best options. Overall we were happy with our stay and will be back sooon"

  "Convenience of the location of Happy Days. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Furniture in our flats needs to be replaced or revamped. Windows were very dirty but the rest very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back."

  "It is with deep regret that I have to express my dissatisfaction with the accommodation. We were assigned to room 201, the entire flat was disgusting. the door leading to the balcony had a big hole where i assume a key must fitThe kitchen was from noah's ark and totally filthy. The lounge had unkempt couches in them and not enough seating for 5 people. the security gate was rusted. I am just sorry I did not take a video of the place to send to you.We went and complained and they put us in a slightly bigger flat which was livable but that too was not maintained properly. The bath was full of dust and the tiles were dirty.They managed to compensate with champagne and spa vouchers but that will never ever take away the disappointment we experienced. They currently upgrading the reception, I sincerely think that they should close it down. Please DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND REMOVE THIS PLACE FROM YOUR VENDOR LIST. You will be receiving more complaints from my crew as well."

The entire rooftop was available to us, we had stunning sea views.<br/>The staff were friendly and helpful, they provided a welcome package with teas and coffees and a few little gifts for us. We will be sure to visit again."

  "We enjoyed our stay very much especially because our flat had full sea views.<div><br /></div><div>Recommend small maintenance of the flat to make it even better:</div><div>1. Paint the bathroom</div><div>2. Replace torn linen.</div><div>3. Repair broken bottom of cupboard in kitchen.</div><div><br /></div><div>Other recommendations:</div><div><br /></div><div>1. Install block out blinds in kitchen because the lights at night shine through this window directly onto bed. This is very disturbing.</div><div>2.   "For the price we paid I expected more from the flats. The unit was not very clean - housekeeping is only to sweep floors and do beds. The units are VERY old - the kitchen had one plug point so when making breakfast you would need to juggle the toaster and kettle. Toaster so old we had to toast bread twice.<div>Had taken our sons harddrive down for him to watch movies but TV was too old to connect this to.</div><div>Remote we received on the Saturday was not working by the Sunday - were stuck inside till we found someone. Another unit had had the same problem the day before.</div><div>For the price we paid I believe we could have got a lot more elsewhere. Units should be fully revamped we believe for the price charged</div>"

  "Louise was extremely friendly and helpful. The view as soon as we walked in to our little flat was spectacular and breathtaking. Ideal location with many shops and activities within walking distance. We will definitely come back and hopefully get the same room."
