• "Not that wow factor"

  "W (4 adults) stayed 4 nights. Location is good, short walking distance to the main attractions. Pictures however do not reflect reality. It all looks attractive, but is a bit disappointing. Although kitchen is well equipped, it looks a bit shabby, has a rather outdated electrical stove but it functions, living area was not very clean. Some towels did smell odd, and when it came to WiFi, it did not work at all, even after following the instructions written by the landlord. After text message and later phone call to landlord, who stated he would get back, WiFi never functioned, landlord never called back either, nor was there any compensation offered. Beds are a bit small when you are tall. There is 1 bathroom with a bath, and 2 shower rooms (one is lacking space though, you cannot use the basin because to small and not enough space to move, 1 guest toilet. For the amount of money I paid, I did expect a better service/accommodation, especially when you look at the pictures. We have been travelling for many years using self catering holiday homes, and have seldom be disappointed, but this stay leaves us with a slightly bitter taste."
