This unique and luxurious five-bedroom penthouse offers unsurpassed views while relaxing on your chaise-lounge overlooking the 8 m glass-fronted swimming pool with the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.

The 103 square metre outdoor entertainment area with a gas barbecue, offers you the opportunity to have lunch under cover or in the open-air dining area. The kitchen, lounge and dining room are open plan and are fitted with all modern appliances and decorated in a minimalist, contemporary style, with furnishings of the highest standard.

All bedrooms are en-suite, air conditioned and have CD players. The main bedroom includes a satellite TV, DVD player and dual decoder, as well as high speed Wi-Fi connectivity.

The double garage gives you direct access into the Penthouse and access to the main door and the alarm system is via electronic discs. Please note that though children are welcome to stay, the property has not been made child proof.
