Camps Bay House is a modern and spacious house with beautiful, unobstructed sea and mountain views in a quiet residential area in Camps Bay.

Ideal for a big group or family, the house has four bedrooms of which one is a loft room. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a marble bath and shower. The other rooms are furnished with comfortable double and single beds. Two of the rooms enjoy views of the sea and Lions Head, and they open onto the garden and swimming pool. The loft room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and is furnished with a queen-size bed upstairs and a single bed and sleeper couch downstairs.

The open-plan kitchen is modern furnished and equipped with a stove, oven and fridge, and the scullery is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. The house has two lounge areas; the upstairs lounge is equipped with a TV with DStv and offers views of the beach and Lions Head; the downstairs lounge is equipped with a TV with DStv and offers views of the sea, Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles Mountains. This living area also opens onto a terrace which has a built-in barbecue area. There is a swimming pool and a garden with a trampoline and jungle gym for the younger guests.

Camps Bay House borders the Table Mountain Nature Reserve and a gate leads from the garden directly into the reserve so guests can enjoy hikes or walks to the top of Table Mountain. The property is located within 2 km from the beachfront, restaurants, shops and various entertainment areas, and within a 10-minute drive from the V & A Waterfront and the Cape Town CBD.
