"I hate writing bad reviews, but I was left very disappointed after staying here this weekend. It was our anniversary and we were really looking forward to a great stay. We booked 2 nights for Studio 1 which would cost R3200 and had already paid 1600 on booking date. On arrival we were put into studio 3, a much smaller, darker and less modern room at the back of the property. This is not what we had booked for. We had booked for Studio 1 which is an very modern apartment at the front of the property with a glass balcony. It is much larger than the one we were put in. Shannon gave us the invoice that needed to be paid and the amount payable was the same as Studio 1. We asked Shannon why we were put into Studio 3 when It was made clear several times in emails that we had booked for studio 1, and we were told that she had put another guest into Studio 1 for a reason that is unknown to us. She did not bring this to our attention before we had arrived and to be honest I would have cancelled our booking if I had known we were not staying in the studio we had booked specifically for. Shannon did however give us money off, but she did this only after we had taken it up with her that we were unhappy. She wanted us to pay the full price for a smaller apartment that we did not book for which is robbery! The other studios also had gas braais and the studio we were put into had no braai, we had bought braai stuff but could not find a braai, but Shannon organised a Weber braai. The apartment did not have any double adapters for our phone chargers and other electronics so we had to buy our own double adapter, there was no braai tongues so we had to use a fork to turn our meat and some of the glasses were dirty. This really put a damper on our anniversary weekend and felt that there was no care. We were very dissapointed that we did not get what we had booked for and will not be coming back here unfortunately."
"Had an awesome stay here when we went to Cape Town for a holiday. Shannon was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions on things to do and places to try out when we arrived. The accommodation is spacious and clean and very modern. The view is beautiful and we even got to see some whales swimming past from our balcony. Great place to stay and it is very central so getting around is no problem."
"We stayed for 2 nights and it was luxurious and modern with a good location. Not in the mix of things but close to everything . We will definitely be back."
