The spacious villa features a sea-facing lounge and dining room comfortably furnished with large sofas and a gas fireplace. Satellite TV and a large TV with integrated sound system will keep you entertained. The dining room has a solid timber dining table seating eight to six people, while the kitchen is equipped with high quality electrical appliances, including a coffee machine, blender, ice-maker, ample glassware, cutlery and crockery.

In addition, the house also features a fitness room with a cross trainer, bicycle, boxing bag, and weights. The salt water swimming pool, sauna with sea views and outside hot water showers are sure to make your stay comfortable, while the wraparound terrace offers a large sheltered barbecue area with potted plants and garden furniture. Other features include a garage for one car, off-street parking, a modern security system, and electrically operated window blinds. The house is serviced six days a week and a personal laundry service can be arranged by the maid, if required.
