  "Location and layout of the house was lovely. Had a real problem with dust allergies suffered by everyone. Sitting on couches really set them off. Most of us don't normally have a problem. Cleanliness of the house really not great."

  "We visited The Glades cottage in November 2014. Although the cottage was very nice, the visit lacked a couple of things which in my opinion should have been in place for the amount charged:1. Nobody was present to welcome us. We had to walk around the main farmhouse looking for someone to assist. We found one of the staff that went and unlocked the front door of the cottage for us.2. All the windows and shutters were closed upon, and the blinds drawn when we got there. The place was dark and cold. It did not seem like they bothered much to prepare the place for us.3. The DSTV was not working. When I eventually got hold of the owner, she mentioned to me at least 5 times that she was on a game farm somewhere and could not assist. She told me to contact DSTV myself to get it connected. After I tried and failed, she gave them a call.4. Lastly, the kitchen is very basic, and the pots and pans are old and rusty and not suitable for proper cooking. The gas for the stove also ran out, and with the owner off on holiday, I didn't bother to get it sorted as I would probably have to do it myself."

  "What a lovely place!! Lovely and private..on a farm..far from the maddening crowds but still close to everything! The cottage is spacious and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely go back."

  "We had such a great stay at the Glades.It was everything stated in the ad..AND MORE ! We spent a lot of time on the balcony.It was private,quiet,clean,comfortable with everything supplied...from bathtowels to soap, loorolls to dishliquid...even candles which we forgot to pack in.Love the furnishings."

  "We spent a long weekend at The Glades and it was such a wonderful time. They have a lovely fireplace, and it is open, spacious and beautifully decorated with amazing views. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, with everything you need on-hand, new and clean. Looking forward to our next stay."
