"I would like to thank all the staff for making our stay very pleasant. The staff went out of their way to be hospitable and to attend to all our needs. The food was superb and more than fufilling regarding portion sizes. Each meal was elegantly prepared and perfectly plated. A real enjoyment. If there was 1 thing that stopped me giving it a 5 star rating was that our room was slightly cold. I think it is due to the fact that the sun does not manage to get onto the face of the room R10, but the room itself was imacualte andmore than we expected. The linene was clean and neat and the room was well looked after by the maids. If i could put in a suggestion to Woodridge, it would be to perhaps fence off 1 or 2 rooms with a small garden so that when pets are taken along, they can go outside the room without fear that they will wander off. In saying that i would like to commend again the staff for their hospitality towards my puppy and allowing us to bring him with on our special occasion. This is really a great relaxing holiday destination where you can enjoy the midlands in comfort without having toleave your pet at home."
