"Well situated for travellers going to the Lowveld. Friendly people that made us feel welcome."
"The rather unique beehive style hut was a surprise. Beds in the round walled rooms were rather difficult to get around. Upper rooms need windows to get fresh air in them. Otherwise well equipped and staff very friendly and helpful."
"Thanks for friendly service. Had additional requirements and was catered for at no cost."
"We had a nice stopover stay at hut 9, a different adaptation of a zulu rondavel with plenty of vertical space above you while still under a thatch roof. No bugs in this roof, only cars on the road that you can just hear buzz by in the background, but far enough off the busy places to be quiet enough at night. We could see the family across having fun with the playground but it was spacious enough not to disturb at the same time, enjoyed ourselves with the braai facilities"
"Stayed in one of the rooms, had all sorts of insects dropping on the bed throughout the night. Don't think the thatched roof is maintained. The place also had a horrible damp smell. Luckily it was just for one night."
"We really enjoyed the nature structure of the place, it was a great experience and the accommodation was on point. We all loved it and surely we will return again."
"Not what I have expected from the place..the photos on internet and the real place is not the same. On Saturday night no water....they try to help but with no luck, worms in our bed, I don't think there is any maintenance on the grasroof."
"Beautiful, peaceful and tranquil setting. Wonderful views, very clean!! Friendly well informed staff. Will definitely recommend and hope to be back for a longer stay!"
"Excellent venue, will book again in future."
"We had an exelent stay. Will definitely recommend to others."
