"We were very dissapointed with our stay at Phoenix Hotel. The website states this as being in a quite part of town, with rooms with aircon, TV, etc. We did however get the complete opposite. Busy street, loud music, no aircon, no TV, barely functional shower, old linen and towels, poor service at breakfast... Not recommended."
