  "The bnb has a new owner and compared to Linda the previous owner the stay was below average. First there is no heating system in the rooms. The owner was more concerned about why we did not pay directly to her instead of using Safarinow, which is understandable either the levy fee but she did not have to directly confront us about it she could have just suggested for next time. The room didnt have milk or other options, just coffee and sugar. The overall stay was not bad just disappointing from what we are used to."

  "I stayed at this B&B a few years ago which at the time met all expectations. Decided to go back now and what a disappointment! The lady that attended to us on arrival didnt have no idea who were were (the new owner did not notify the lady that we were going to arrive on 29th April and leaving on 2nd May and what kind of rooms we requested). In other words no information was passed onto the employee. Had to show the lady (employee) the Safarinow confirmation sent to me to prove payment and that it was on a breakfast basis too). As a result, there were not enough towels for us, no hand soap available in bathrooms). On Sunday morning we instructed to switch off the geyser as they were running out of electricity and were battling to load electricity. Had to shower in warmish water on a freezing morning. Definitely not going back again. Felt sorry for the lady (employee) as I felt she had to always make excuses for the owner."

  "Parrot Peek is set in the lovely Bonza Bay area close to beautiful beaches, with easy access to the major highways and byways. Spoiled for choice when it comes to good food and entertainment as well. Our hosts Linda and Brent really made our stay a very comfortable one. Highly recommended!"
