"How disappointing it was on my Arrival!! Greeted by a friendly Reception Man, who forgot to wear Socks and wearing a three quarter pants. (in my opinion, not professional).Arrived in my room, very lovely, but door patio door was Broken. Looked like someone had broken into and also papers lying around. I would suggest to speak to Cleaning Service.We went about looking for about 3 apartments that would be available. Again, one of the apartments, The Patio door could not open properly, this was due to no Wheels on the door. Eventually I asked to see the Manager, which still I do not know. A few minutes later, someone by the name of Sandile came, who did not introduce himself, neither did he apologize for the inconvenience and just said there is one apartment available. (In my booking, it was not the the view I wanted). This was very disappointing, but I had no choice but to take it. Again the Cleaning service was not correct. There was still food from previous guests in the fridge. They had to bring us towels. The Patio Door glass, where it closes was dirty. The Bedding had marks on it. So I would suggest that clearly MANAGEMENT needs to check on Your Maintenance and Cleaning Service Department. And CUSTOMER SERVICE!My Partner and I travel a lot to Johannesburg, and Your hotel was recommended by friends, but we were not impressed. It is a beautiful set up and it was in the right Location, but...there is a But.....if we will consider staying at your Hotel again."
"The menu doesnt have many / any vegetarian options. It could be expanded. Its also the same menu for a whole year (if not longer) a variety or change would be appreciated."
