"Worst place I stayed in!! Level of cleanliness was poor. The shower head kept coming off the pipe. People smoking in other rooms. Aircon heated and not cooled!Very noisy because of proximity to motorway!!"

"From the very friendly welcome at reception to the help given on locating a cab for me on my departure, my stay was very pleasant. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. Do not be concerned by its very close proximity to one of johannesburg's busiest highway interchanges - you really do hear the traffic."

"We were very happy with our weekend stay at The Mediterranean.<div>We had to go up to Johannesburg for a private function, and it was convenient to the airport, the major highways, Bedfordview shopping, the roads to Sandton and the highway to Durban.</div><div>There are excellent restaurants nearby and Michael and staff were welcoming.</div><div>It was a pity the in-room wifi didn't work, but the rooms were tidy, clean and practical with good parking.</div><div>We will stay there again.</div>"
