During high season, including Easter and the Jazz Festival, check-in time is strictly at 15h00, unless alternative arrangements are made with our friendly office staff. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these check-in times.

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note that a surcharge of R200 per hour or part thereof will be applied for any arrivals after the designated check-in time. This surcharge will be deducted from the Key & Breakage deposit, and we appreciate your understanding and consent.
