  "I booked on the internet and saw this lodge being advertised and though it would be lovely. But to my surprise is the photo i saw is not what i booked for. I'm really disappointed for paying so much per night and this is really not what to i'm used to. Very poor advertisement, and what you see is not what you get to stay in. Not a place for me to stay in again and wouldn't even rank it more than one star."

  "They must accommodate people who are scared of dogs, and understand that not everyone loves pets. I have a terrible phobia of dogs and was not free to walk around. Also they should paint when there are no guests. Wet paint is not nice and it did not dry on until our last day. Our clothes and hands were full of paint as we kept forgeting that the paint is wait. They should have given us another chalet. RegardsNoma"

  "The photos were very misleading. We were expecting to all be put up in one chalet with separate bedrooms, a separate lounge and a separate kitchen -- instead, we had two separate bedrooms - each 'chalet' was essentially a bedroom with a tiny shower, there was no lounge, a tiny 'kitchen' - although I wouldn't even call it that - in one of the bedrooms and an OUTSIDE toilet, an outside toilet!!! Nowhere was this mentioned and the photos posted gave no such indication. No one in their right mind would find such a place acceptable. We were also forced to pay the entire amount via EFT before we arrived which is uncommon as most places accept the other 50% cash/payment on arrival. I DO NOT recommend this place and I will NEVER stay there. We found much better accommodation a short distance away at Hoogland Spa Resort. Adele was fantastic. She was able to accommodate us on very short notice and provided superb customer service. I would recommend Hoogland Spa any day."

  "Fantastic setting. Ideal if you need to getaway from it all. Very friendly and helpful owners. 7km from Bella Bella so you don't need to pack a lot of food as they have a Super Spar. Only thing I'd say is bring fresh water for drinking as this is rural."

  "We made a booking for a weekend at Gallery Inn just to realize that the peace and quiet that was promised was a sales gimmick. The staff is unprofessional and cannot speak to their guests so they would rather let people cancel than ask fellow guest to keep the noise down. Alcoholic beverages were taken into the pool and the foul remarks toward my family made me cancel the weekend. For a 5* resort this was a total let down."
