  "Not enough cutlery, pots dont have lids, only two plates on a three plate stove are working, no blankets, we didnt even get a house keeping on saturday. Some of the management staff were not very welcoming (didnt greet us on arrival nor ask how did we stay when we left), the curtain rail on the other bedroom was broken, and we reported but they did nothing with it, we had to sleep without closing the curtain. The floor its a cement, out of four bedrooms only one had a carpet on the bedsite. The pictures on the website are just to get peoples attention. The place NEEDS some serious renovating. Very nice garden and a pool site is also nice, but their swimming pool is not very clear either."

  "I never loved anything , we requested a self catering , we did not get , the gate was not working , the place was dark and dirty , we had to look for another place , luckily we got at forever resort , it was so pathetic , I actually request a refund for this , what we saw on pictures its not what we got , there was no spa at all , how do you as a establishment let us stay in this kind of lodges , do you check them before advertising , I m so disappointed because I book through you most of the time but I m thinking of going to another that is better , I lost trust."

  "Chocking experience !!!!!<br/> After I read some reviews from different guests on different dates about cleanliness , l called Sam the owner to tell her about my concerns, she came out with lots of excuses,but she will make sure that the place will be clean. <br/><br/>On our arrival , the receptionist who received us and other catering/cleaning staff looks like they are working in the garden. Rooms smells urine and full of spider webs. Bathrooms dirty. Room number 5 that was given to me had no bulb at the toilet. The receptionist/handyman had to change it whilst I was there.<br/>The manager/owner,Sam,had an unprofessional attitude, we tried to raise our concern about her place, she said she has other business to attend to.<br/>Place not hygienic, pool has never been cleaned.<br/>Musquistose all over the place. We had to book at Elephant Springs Hotel and Cabana. What a place, it was worth the price we paid for two nights. Also very close to Warm bath Forever Resort<br/><br/>WILL NEVER RECOMMEND KINGFISHER NEST GUEST HOUSE TO ANYONE."

  "Thanks for the opportunity for us to provide this review.<br/><br/>The place was so bad, that I cannot recommend it for anyone to come and stay there. What was sold to us through the website is not what we received. <br/><br/>Firstly some of the rooms that were allocated to us were so dirty meaning were not cleaned at all. We wanted a self catering because we wanted to cook our food, that option was denied to us, we were told were not providing with that anymore. <br/><br/>The lady we spoke to who is the manager, was something else. She didn't listen to us, she didn't wanna take accountability for any of the issues we were bringing up. <br/>so we were so disappointed."

  "We arrived on Friday the 04 th of November and on arrival there was one to welcone us and show us the place we just found a dirty little gal who just gave us the key and the told us the caretaker is coming. When the caretaker arrive he didn't even come to greet us we had to find everything by ourselves and on Saturday later the caretaker invited his traffic cop friends who came invade our space they were fighting and pointed some of the people who were also guests with guns I didn't understand whether we were in a sheebeen or what the only good service we got it was from the restaurant Garry was such a nice person to deal with I think he must also assist at the guesthouse he can turn the place around. The pool was dirty and the place needs a vavavuum there were spider webs in our room this shows that the place was not clean they need to clean regularly and maybe 're paint the place the care taker was so rude in such a way that the only time he talked to us was when he wanted the balance"

  "Spent two nights at kingfisher nest guest house and we were welcomed by the most friendliest staff I've ever come across. The house though needs a little vava voom. The pool was dirty and during breakfast we got an expired juice. There are no bins in the bathroom where we can throw our sanitary. I give 100% to all the staff members for their excellent service."

  "Booking via SafariNow was almost effortless and quick. The Kingfisher Nest staff with whom we interacted, notably Ben, Rassie and Esther, were superb: very friendly and helpful.<div><br /></div><div>However, the guest house itself could do with some maintenance and upgrading. We understand it changed hands in recent times, and the new owners do not appear to spend money. The honeymoon suite, which was beautiful, has electric wiring hanging loose and could do with a fresh paint job. We got absolutely the minimum in soap and toiletries: shower gel / shampoo bottles (affixed to the wall) were empty and the wash basin plug missing. We had to ask for more tea / coffee and sugar satchels. Breakfast was fine, but similarly cheap and easy.</div><div>Overall impression: not too bad, but we're not likely to return to Kingfisher Nest.</div><div></div>"

  "Pictures very different to actual room. "honeymoon suite" had spiders and insects. Breakfast order was wrong, but worst of all there is only 1 remote for the gate (which the owner keeps) so you are not free to come and go as you please. In our case, we had to come back an hour later once the owner had finished her shopping. I wouldn't stay there again."
