"When we arrived it was a Sunday and the resort had had a 2 day conference and was breaking down - we were 2 hours after check in time after a very long drive and of course our room was still not ready so we were told to come back!! Not a good start. The resort itself has great facilities, the room was good and the buffet was extremely good, however the dining room was exceptionally cold with no heating on, all guests had coats on. This hotel obviously relies heavily on conferences so when they are not there I feel they do not try so hard."

"Wonderful family resort for all! Lots to do and to keep the kiddies entertained. The only issue we had was the service at the resort; it's very poor and the staff need training. Otherwise all was good. Thanks and regards."
