LChiam Cottage is situated in Bergview Estate, a controlled access area in Champagne Valley, Drakensberg, Kwa-Zulu Natal. The property can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.
The garden is home to many bird species, and overhead you may expect to see eagles, vultures, and smaller raptors. Guests may also encounter small buck, and the odd porcupine. Monkeys and baboons are also regular visitors. Hiking trails in the berg start either from a neighbouring hotel and from the top of the Estate.

"Location to Monk's Cowl and Drakensburg"
30 September 2021"The cottage was very quaint and neat - lacked nothing as far as equipment was concerned. Was very central with some stunning walks in the area. I was surprised that for the rates charged it was not serviced daily. We were also advised that we were able to use facilities at Drakensburg Sun - which turned out to be a challenge due to COVID policies at the hotel."
