Alpine resort offers 100 superb north-facing en-suite accommodations with breath-taking views of the mountains.The rooms configuration is 100 three bedroom self catering chalets. 1 chalet is specially modified for disabled guests. Chalets are self-catering with the option to have meals at the resort restaurant facilities. Each chalet sleeps a maximum of six people including children.

As you might be feeling a little peckish in the afternoon a snack menu is available at our Tarvern, which caters for a variety of light meals and for those that have worked up a bit of a hunger there's a menu to fill your apatite.

"Quite a nice place for a vacation. It's an all in one place, self catering chalets, daily activities, hikes available, restaurants, coffee shops, great recreational activities like squash, pool, table tennis, tennis, putt putt all with equipment on premises etc..for a fee. Chalets includes most essential and facilities like daily cleaning, braai place at each chalet, cutley, stove and oven, pots and pans, towels,fire place etc.."

"This was my second stay at Alpine Heath it is still as beautiful as ever. But I do feel that there needs to be a bit more control from the Management. The one pool was green the other pool was really not pleasant. My children wanted to rent mountain bikes and on the third visit back, second time they were told everyone was on lunch - not acceptable as far as I am concerned. That the bikes were infact broken. There do not seem to be anyone in overall charge or anyone who actually seemed interested.On paying the bill I had items from the bar which were not mine I had not been to the bar at all. I asked for an extension on my leaving time to 12.00 knowing full well that I had to pay extra. At 8.30 the maid appeared to clean I sent her away. When we returned from breakfast the maid was again there having taken the sheets off the bed and all the towels from the bathroom I sent her away again and refused to pay the extra, but no one actually cared. It is such a shame as this resort has such potential. Thank you."
