Marmalade Cottage offers comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to eight people, and is the ideal place to escape busy city life. The cottage is situated in the small hamlet of Geluksburg, 27 km north of Bergville, and commands views of the Drakensberg Mountain range from the Sentinel to Giants Castle.

The unit features a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the two twin rooms and mezzanine sleeping area each have two single beds and a shared bathroom. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with fireplace, and a games room with a bar, pool table and a lookout deck with views of the neighbouring farmland and Drakensberg Mountains. The covered patio and back area is ideal for a family barbecue and social gatherings.

"Loved our stay in Geluksburg, where we were following a recommended route on our motorbike. The cottage is spacious, and has everything you need, including pool table and dstv. The Homestead across the street does great meals in case you don't want to bother making your own dinner."

"My girlfriend loves the Drakensburg Mountains, so I decided to take her their for a surprise birthday. We had a fantastic get away off the beaten track, just what we needed to recharge the batteries. The house is well equipped and extremely spacious, perfect for a couples retreat or for a few mates."

"Our stay at Marmalade Cottage was one to remember. It was a beautiful home away from home. There were beautiful fruits that was given to us. The owner was warm and loving. The home was inviting - my kids had a wonderful time. We would definitely return. There is no such word as theft. You can leave your doors open and no one enters. Seeing is believing. I would suggest that if anyone wants a breakaway, this is the place to relax and recharge."

"I had a very good time at Marmalade. Peaceful place. Nice and quiet. Good service. Everything was as it was advertised. They even had wood for the braai and fireplace. Nice view. The important part is the service and the clean place. From the outside you can tell the cleanliness inside. Anne, the owner, is very friendly. I really enjoyed myself."
