  "My stopover at Lionsrock Lodge on the way to Clarens was an excellent idea. Although I stayed in the last wooden chalet to be renovated, it was perfect as I had my 2 Labradors with me and we were very comfortable. The views from the deck of the chalets and lodge are absolutely amazing. The staff at the lodge are all friendly, polite and willing to assist in any way possible. Although I did not get to go on the game drive, we could hear the lions roar and see other game from the deck. We enjoyed the walks and the part of the hiking trail that we got to do. Thank you for a great overnight stay - we will be back!"

  "Thanks to everyone at Lionsrock for their contribution in making it a memorable breakaway. We only slept over for one evening and would definitely visit them again when in the area. Everybody was helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating and making us feel at home. The facilities were up to standard and comfortable.<div>Dinner and breakfast was very tasty &amp; good value for money.</div>"

  "It was a special weekend for our family made even more special by where we chose to spend it. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The food, especially the fillet, was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back in summer. The stories of each animal are sad, the outcome amazing. We cried as we watched the video and then we cried again to see the lions in their new habitats looking so healthy and happy. It is amazing work the you do, I will definitely spread the word to all our friends."

  "What a pleasant surprise. Chalets are beautiful and very well equipped. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Views are stunning. The most animals we've seen in one place. The cat sanctuary tour was very interesting and the animals are breathtaking. We really enjoyed the stay and would've liked to stay 2 nights instead of just one. Food was also very nice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to relax in a "wild" African atmosphere. And we will be coming back for sure!"
