Oppie Koppie Bed & Beskuit

Oppie Koppie "Bed & Beskuit" is a unique home, set on a koppies, overlooking the historical town of Bethulie offering panoramic view of Lake Gariep, the Orange River Bridge, and the surrounding countryside.

Accommodation comprises a Family Room, 2 Double Rooms, and a Twin Room, all of which are tastefully decorated and accessed via private entrances from the outside. Each room has an en-suite bathroom. Amenities include air-conditioning, an LCD TV with an individual decoder that has access to selected DStv channels, and electric blankets.

We do not serve breakfast and dinner at Oppie Koppie. Enjoy home made rusks and "moerkoffie" in our beautiful garden. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged at a restaurant.

Bethulie is perfectly situated in the middle of South Africa and serves as an ideal stop-over location. It is easily accessible from the N1 and N6 routes if guests are travelling from Johannesburg to Cape Town, the Garden Route, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), East London, and the Wild Coast. If guests are travelling from the East to the West, Bethulie makes for an interesting stopover between Durban and Cape Town.
