"I had a bad experience with this establishment. When I arrived I went to reception area and I was told by Sama the receptionist I must go to another EL Shaddai 3 blocks away. That was not an issue. When I got there She phone me telling me I'm not supposed to be there because the person who did my booking She did it wrong. I told her hell no I'm not going to another "El Shaddai" She must find a way to sort this out. After few minutes she find a room of us. At night around about 10pm you would think you in a nightclub. The noise inside this establishment it was overwhelming from 10pm until 2am people in side the guest house where making noise and not even one member of the staff came out to stop those people. My experience it was bad."
"The staff is friendly and the room is kept clean daily."
