09 April 2016"<p>A spacious apartment, but extremely poor management by rental agency.</p><p>Payment for 5 night stay was made in full and in advance. Despite this, electricity cut off on second morning of stay. Had to phone managing agent , who then had to get token formetered system,,and asked us to enter it in.</p><p>Also have a rationing/metered system for wsater. On 3rd night of stay at 21h00 water supply was cut off.We had just returned from a long day out(three children)- could not bath etc.</p><p>Next morning phoned managing agent , and was told that someone would be over to sort out the problem. We left and called agent at 12h00 to confirm if everything was in order. We were told it was. </p><p>We returned to our room in the evening (21h00), only to find no water again. We called agent again!!! They sent someone over after 20 minutes, who restored water supply -apparently have some sort of metered system in place for water supply and it had to be re-loaded. So no surprises if other people will experience this in the future. 9/4/2016</p>"
