"Rockview (former Windsor) Guesthouse is being renovated and once completed, it will probably be fine. Staff were very friendly, but as new owners have not yet come on site, an extremely rowdy group of other guests sort of spoiled our weekend there."

"My husband I stayed at Windsor House, this past weekend and we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, neat and secure. We had a minor problem with the TV volume not working, but the accommodation was nice. The sea view was wonderful.Our room was spacious, nice walk in wardrobe area and en suite. "The price is right! We chose "cheap" because we knew we weren't going to be there much and it was only for one night. But comments below are in line with star rating. Room 4 needs an upgrade as we couldn't sleep with the open window (does not stay open) and for security concerns I prefer having barrier to prevent someone easily climbing into room. Bed has seen its days, electric kettle leaked and there was no soap in bathroom. Plus side: staff friendly."

"Wonderful value for money, had a great stay - even though it was such a quick one (unfortunately I was unable to stay for breakfast). Really appreciated the quick and efficient service (especially upon arrival, as I was late for a wedding due to a delayed flight!). Will definitely return in future should I visit the South Coast again!"
