Abalone Villa
Situated in the seaside suburb of Bloubergstrand, Abalone Villa offers a relaxing coastal holiday to large groups or families visiting this scenic part of Cape Town.
This spacious villa offers a three bedroom semi-detached cottage or a multi-level one bedroom apartment or if you take them both it is a four bedroom villa.
The Villa has four en-suite bathrooms with single and queen-size beds. The villa also has a lovely living area and two fully equipped kitchens.
There are two garages providing ample parking space and storage for surf boards or bicycles. There are also indoor and outdoor braai facilities available for guests to use.
Guests can spend their days exploring the surrounding area by visiting the many shops and restaurants on offer. Take a walk to the beach to catch a wave or to just while away summer afternoons.
Return to the villa to enjoy a delicious braai, or to cool off in the swimming pool. The balcony is a great place to relax while appreciating stunning views of the ocean.

"Exceptional and Memorable stay"
26 January 2021"Right from the word go, Douw has been an exceptional and very accommodating host, going out of his way to make our stay memorable and comfortable. The house is in a great location, within walking distance from the beach, shops and local restaurants. We stayed for a total of 3 weeks and were never short of anything. The house and rooms were clean and comfortable with fresh towels and linen provided. We even had a cleaner and a gardener at our disposable. The house is good for any weather, good or bad. Douw and Petro literally thought of everything, even beach towels. Overall a really memorable stay and a great holiday, thank you Douw and Petro. We will be back soon."
