Situated opposite Kite Beach, a popular spot for kite and wind surfing, the long sandy beach and promenade is well used by everyone for walking, jogging and cycling.

"This was an amazing place to wake up every morning! The views are just spectacular and we stayed on the 4th floor in the smaller block of flats! We couldn't wait to see the sunset from our verandah every evening but there was so much else to do in Cape Town as well, we couldn't sit still. Very easy to explore Cape Town, the motorway is very easy to access. I really liked the nautically themed interior decoration."
