The apartment is close to the white sands of Bloubergstrand beach which enjoys uninterrupted views of Table Mountain; it is famous for surfing, windsurfing and kite boarding. The promenade along the beachfront is popular with runners, rollerbladers and strollers. Dolphins and whales can often be seen in the bay. There are also two major shopping centres close by and Atlantic Beach and Milnerton golf courses are only 10 minutes away.
