  "<div>NICE PLACE WITH STUNNING VIEW BUT:</div><div>1.THE CARPETS WERE DIRTYAND ALSOHAD VARIOUS STAINS--NEED TO BE CLEANED PROPPERLY.</div><div>2.THE STRINGS ON THE BLINDS NEEDS TO BE FITTED AGAIN- THEY WERE HANGING LOOSE.</div><div>3.THE 2 TOP DRAWERS OF THE FREEZER HAD FROZEN BLOOD IN IT AND WASN'T CLEANED BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL.</div><div>4. THE TOWELS WASN'T CHANGED ONCE DURING OUR 5 NIGHT STAY.</div><div>5.THE BASIN IN THE BATHROOM COULDN'T KEEP WATER -THE SEAL WAS MISSING.THE WALL TILES ALSO NEED SOME SCRUBBING DOWN.</div>"

  "<div>It took a while to have access to the apartment. The security guy wasn't very helpful as he didn't tell me how I could obtain the code for the door, only showing me how to get to the apartment. Called the phone number on the e-mail but received voice mail in Afrikaans, which gave me another number to send sms to. It ws only when I went back to the security to throw my toys that he we through a book and gave me another number to call. The person who answered (who appears to be the caretaker initially gave me a code that was wrong. I had to call again for the right code. However, when I finally had access to the flat, I was impressed.</div><div></div><div>The only negative thing is that drainage in the shower. After showing the water wouldn't drain. I reported to the caretaker who sent a plumber to the apartment. The plumber did nothing but only gave me a tool to pump the water out (down)after showering.</div><div></div><div>In all, my experience at Sea Spray B105 was awesome.</div>"

  "<p style="text-align: justify;">This is the 2nd time we stayed in sea spray. We have made it our preferential accommodation in Cape Town. The apartment is just so lovely, clean, spacious and has everything a self-catering apartment needs. Thebeach andmountain views are just breath taking. The pictures on this site do not doit any justice. </p>"

  "My stay was beyond words. The whole community with its amazing architecture and beautiful scenery is filled with an aroma of tranquility: The owners and our neighbours were courteous as if they were hosting us. The rooms were impeccably cleaned and exquisitely furnished I had to recheck whether this was the correct room given the price we paid. It was as comfortable as home but without compromising the suite life that comes the hotel stay. Congratulations to the owners there's no question about where I'll be drying next time I come to the cape."
