Waters Edge
Waters Edge is situated on the banks of the Swartkops River Estuary, in the picturesque village of Amsterdamhoek, Bluewater Bay. The property is conveniently close to the city centre as well as the newly developed Coega Harbour and a mere 20 minute drive to the airport.
We offer two bedrooms and two bathrooms, available on a self-catering basis. Our tastefully furnished lounge, with a leather suite and a dining area with an eight-seater oak suite, leads onto the conservatory from where you have panoramic views of the river, sunset, city lights and the ocean. Our kitchen is fully equipped with an double door fridge, ice-maker, an microwave and washing machine, and an oven and gas hob.
After an exhausting day, light the fire of the built-in braai in the conservatory, then relax in the sparkling Jacuzzi whilst sipping a beverage and watching the fishermen trying to get their catch of the day. (Due to current water restrictions the Jacuzzi is not in use)

20 June 2016"Don't let the pictures mislead you. The son of the lady is staying on the top floor. When they walk it sounds if they are moving in or out of the place. They <strong>DO NOT AT ALL</strong> consider the guests down stairs. Busy very late at night and very early in the morning. No lights in the braai area. Only a green bulb that meant nothing. We used the cellphone to provide light at the braai. The fridge produce it's own ice. Trying to retrieve crushed ice ... nothing. When we open the door everything fell on the ground. The dispenser as blocked. Booked for 3 days, but no hangers for clothing. The main attraction was the jacuzzi. Put in on, after 3 hour we phoned the lady and asked why it is not hot. She said something wrong with thermostat and that electrician was phone but did not pitched. The second day 6:15 in the morning she phoned me and asked if the power is on. She said we cannot use the kettle, toaster and microwave at the same time. Asked if her son can come and have a look. Quickly got dressed ... still waiting for him to pitch. Only after 5 that afternoon she came with someone. So the meat in the freezer defrosted. We left the second day. After asking about the jacuzzi again she said to use it will be extra money. Differs from the first comment on jacuzzi."
