  "Gravely disappointed at the lack of service delivery at this facility. Free wifi is advertised on the site however, you only get coverage when you are next to the reception area. We booked 2 rooms and in both rooms the air conditioner was not working. When I tried to switch on the air conditioner in the one room it tripped the electricity. When I reported this to the receptionist she responded with a bad attitude that the electricity is out in the room because I switched on the air conditioner. The patio furniture is dilapidated and broken, they clearly have no regard for their guests if they should sustain a injury."

  "In general had good stay, however the air conditioner was not working, other guests also complained, but ours was not fixed, not sure if the other air conditioners were fixed. Other than that comfortable."

  "I was slitely dissapointed when I got there because the pictures on the internet is not what I arrived to. Nonetheless, The staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. During the stay we received a lovely and filling complimentary Christmas which I think was well appreciated by everyone. Areas of improvement is a wider variety of breakfast for non-pork eaters."

  "We were disappointed with the room since the pictures are really misleading, it is really not what the standard double room looks like. And for what you pay it is not worth it, we paid a similar amount of money for a 5 star room compared to this one just 20 km further. However the breakfast was excellent and we were grateful for the free car wash."

  "Arrived to check in at the guesthouse and I was given a room with torn blind, aircon not working and tv also not working. when I refused to sleep in the room which doesn't have privacy with my fianc I was told that a certain couple slept in there last night so what was wrong with me and why can't I just sleep. This is one of the worst guest house I have seen my entire life. Please avoid booking this on safarinow or you are in the boshoek area."

  "The room was very basic but had all the essentials: clean linen, aircon, toiletries, hot water. There is some maintenance needed - door doesn't close without locking, damaged flooring in places and one window couldn't shut properly and the water pressure wasn't great.<div>The service was average, not too welcoming but adequate.</div><div>As this was the cheapest I could find, overall not bad.</div>"

  "<p>We stayed at Gatz Guesthouse for a period on 4 days. On arrival the reception area was notreally a good site to see. There was dirty linen hanging. Our rooms were still being cleaned when we arrived and the toilet did not flush properly. </p><p>The grounds need some work done. </p><p>Breakfast was ok, but was served late. </p><p>The one thing that was outstanding was service from the workers. They are very helpful. </p><p></p>"

  "We had a really great time. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and the linen new. The guesthouse is close to the Pilansberg National park where we spent the Saturday. We will definitely stay at the guesthouse again."

  "we stayed there for a sport event. The room was basic, but good enough for sleeping over night.<br /><br />There were many other people who were participating the triathlon race, and the owner kindly made an arrangement for early breakfast. At the breakfast buffet, there were sports drinks and gummies as well. It was nice.<br /><br />"

  "The management is appalling and unless you are deaf and hate animals I would steer well clear of this dump. We booked two nights in two of the "luxury" rooms. The first "luxury" we didn't expect was no hot water and the second was that our room was right next to the kitchen and we were privy to the "relaxing" sounds of microwaves, crockery clanking and constant staff chatter from about 6am. When we arrived it took at least 15 minutes to find anyone to book us in and when we cancelled our second night it was accepted without so much as an apology. The room and grounds are fairly nice but the area is not one I would willingly stop my car in. The breakfast was adequate at best but after one of the staff kicked catunder a friends chair inthe breakfast area (obviously because guests feed it) and laughed when I confronted her about it I had no appetite left to eat it and we could not wait to leave."

  "Allthough there was litter around our backpacker room, the accommodation was always clean. There was not everything that the website had offered. bathrobe, free toiletries and a hairdryer were missing. We did not sleep well, as there were dogs barking very loudly most of the night.The packed breakfast was nice, but more like a small snack than a propper meal. Breakfast at the guesthouse was great the second morning, unfortunately the third morning they were very late and out of jam.A bonus was the free car-wash, that was a very nice surprise and gave the guesthouse a few extra points."
