9 Admirals View
9 Admiral's View is a luxurious Log Chalet ideally positioned 200 meters from the beach in Brenton on Sea. The small coastal suburb of Brenton on Sea is merely 15 minutes by car from Knysna.
The 5 km stretch of pristine and undeveloped stretch of sandy beach is ideal for long walks, fishing and swimming. The area offers that ideal relaxed seaside holiday for family and friends. The chalet has a wooden deck to enjoy the sound of the sea, bird life and special Brenton sunsets as well as barbecue facilities in the gardens surrounding the chalets.
The chalet consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, an indoor as well as outdoor dining area, a comfortable lounge area with local TV channels as well as select DStv channels, quality linen and towels, free-standing fans for summer and heaters for winter.
The accommodation is not serviced but a cleaning service can be arranged on request. There are no laundry facilities available.

28 June 2014"We have been very disappointed with our stay here. First of all, we stayed in another house as number 9 was already booked. When we got there, we were shocked by the state of the house. Dust everywhere, dead spiders and bugs in the basins and showers and bath tubs, dirt on the floor and dirt from the roof on the upstairs bed. We literally had to take the duvet out and shake the dirt off of it. We could tell that no one had been there for quite a while. The owner most obviously didn't bother to have the place cleaned before we got there. As I told her that it was dirty and we were not happy, she claimed that the maid had been in two days earlier, but a storm caused the roof to drizzle dirt onto everything. As she came to collect the rest of the money on our last morning there, and I told her again that it was terribly dirty, she said that there had been a lot going on lately in her life. That may be a pitty, but then you don't offer your place or make sure it is clean and neat as it is supposed to be. The house itself is very nice, nice interiour, high quality bedding, close to the beach and all - but I have never seen such a dirty place before in my life. It was very unpleasant to stay there, we only slept there and made sure to spend the rest of our day somewhere else. We did not feel comfortable at all."

04 May 2012"We had a great time. We used 9 Admiral's View as the perfect base to explore Brenton, Knysna etc. We did the recommended walk from Buffelsbaai to Brenton and enjoyed it. To do and see all I think we need another month or so. Thank you very much for the clean and comfortable accommodation. The Nauticus? restaurant was also a winner."
