Kitty Hawk Lodge, Wedding and Function Venue is situated next to Kitty Hawk Aerodrome just 12 km from Lynwood Road and Soloman Mahlangu (Hans Strydom) crossing in Boschkop.
Accommodation is offered in seven standard rooms and one honeymoon suite. Each room features twin single beds, that can be made up together, as well as an en suite with either a bath or a shower. Guests are welcome to make use of the inviting swimming pool, to cool down on those hot summer days.
The wedding venue is ideal for special intimate weddings of between 80 and 100 invitees, and the cosy chapel and beautiful gardens make every occasion memorable. Facilities include a banqueting area, chapel and restaurant, set in luscious gardens. The beautiful thatched-roof buildings contribute to a country ambience. The venue is also perfect for corporate functions, birthdays, year- end functions, themed parties and many more.

"Dissapointment"
23 May 2016"I was highly dissapointed in this accomodation. We had a funural of our dear friend on Friday 20 May and we landed on Kitty Hawk Airfield. The funeral was ended at Kitty Hawk Aerodome and we expected the lodge accomodation to be of the same high level of standard than the aerodome. We were very emotional and was looking forward to a good nights rest after funeral. What a dissapointment. I booked two rooms. My husband and I slept in no 4 and my daughter and her husband who drove all the way from Richards Bay in no 5. Our shower was thilthy dirty and we had only one towel in our room. The outside light was burning the entire night with no option to switch it off. It felt like daylight and we had no sleep. My daughters rooms bathroom mat was sopping wet and the shower was also disgustingly thilthy. I will not advice anybody to go and sleep at this lodge. Music was playing the entire night. There is no option on the website to contact the lodge directly. The contact number provided by safari.now could not be reached."
