"Your rooms is not up to standard. Don't know how you can be rated a 3 star establishment. The rooms was not serviced thus the towels was not replaced. The sheets and pillows was dirty lets make it short the bedding was dirty. The kettle was connected to a lead across the floor of the room and placed on a chair. The lead did not work. I travelled over a 1000km and was very dissapointed. When we checked out there was no one. I just dropped the key through the post box."
