30 on Homestead is a double-storey, nine-bedroom guest house and conference centre nestled in the heart of Bryanston, Sandton, just 3 km from the N1 highway. It is situated on a popular and busy road in the suburb that links up with Bram Fischer to Fourways or Randburg or continues to become Peter Place on your way to the Sandton CBD.

Bryanston is an upmarket residential suburb of Johannesburg. First named as an area in 1949, it was established in 1969 as a suburb of Sandton and provided with tarred roads and municipal services. However, after municipal boundaries were revised following the end of apartheid, Sandton was merged with Johannesburg to form part of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality.

Each of our rooms features quality linen of up to 200 thread count, an LCD TV with DStv, free wireless Internet, a bar fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a small lounge area. Accommodation is offered in two king rooms with en-suite bathrooms, two double rooms sharing a full bathroom that can be used as a family room, one double room with an en-suite bathroom, and two twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms. In addition, we also have a one-bedroom self-catering cottage on the ground floor. The self-catering cottage features a shower and an interleading door that can be opened to join with a twin room, making it a two-bedroomed, two bathroom cottage.

Facilities at the guest house include a four-seater Jacuzzi, a swimming pool, two honestly bars, an entertainment area with a big screen TV and DStv, Wi-Fi, a gas braai area next to the poo,l and air-conditioning in some of the rooms. We also offer 18- to 20-seater conference and board rooms.
