"We arrived at the lodge and firstly we had no idea how to get to reception.The make shift reception was a desk.The entire place smelt like urine and our room had a urinal in it.We did not stay because if the room smelt like urine we could only imagine how clean everything else was.I WOULD CAUTION anyone not to stay here, I am still waiting for a call from the owner, who obviously doesn't care!Safari now, I wonder if you could be held liable for false advertising?I know that Buffalo View Lodge definitely should be because the place looks nothing like these pictures."

"In all my years of travel and staying in hotels, motels, guest houses, pensioens, b&b, I have NEVER had such a poor reception and been presented with such a filthy,disgusting room. On arrival, taken through the garage to a messy admin area, with dirty half eaten plates of food lying around. The room was old and in poor repair but the fact that it had not been cleaned was just beyond belief....nataurally we found alternative accomodation and moved. Please just shut them down, it is an embarrasing disgrace."
