"Pros - Modern facility, that is closer to a inn / motel than a guest house (i.e. it is in the center of town, and quite large). Great, brand new furnishings in the room. Very clean. Extensive breakfast options (e.g. samosas, make your own grilled sandwich) beyond the typical cereal and eggs. Next to a police station, so probably the safest place in town (the town felt a bit "shady"). Cons - Being next a police station is also a minus, as there is some traffic/noise 24/7. No restaurant on site (makes sense for a guest house, but this place is large enough to have one)."

"We were very pleasantly surprised to find such a haven in Butterworth after a long ride. The staff are extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, comfortable and at home. They even went and fetched food for us as we had arrived after the chef had left. The room was beautiful and there was nothing more that we could have wanted for a comfortable night. I would definitely recommend this to anyone."
