Maku - Tuis Selfsorg

Maku -Tuis Selfsorg offers comfortable self-catering accommodation situated in Calvinia, a halfway stop between Cape Town and Upington. It is ideal for families or groups, as the house can accommodate up to 13 guests.

There are four en-suite units available, all with air-conditioning and bar fridges. The unit also has tea and coffee facilities, electric blankets and TVs with local channels. Relax in the spacious lounge area with a TV and a fireplace, or make your own meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

The annual flower season is during August and September, where guests can take beautiful photographs of the bursts of colour covering the ground.

"My first review after my third stop-over stay. I can safely say that my rating has now been tried and tested! Comfortable and practical set up and has everything you need. There is no doubt that you will get way more value that what you pay for. You will find the courtyard is large enough to make a U-turn if you have a large +4m trailer - I found this extremely helpful! Thanks Alta, till next time!"

"Ons het baie lekker gekuier by Maku-Tuis. Sal dit regtig vir enigeen aanbeveel. Waarde vir geld.
