Calypso Beach Mansion

Calypso Beach Mansion is on in the secure area of Calypso Beach, in Langebaan. The house is situated a stone's throw from the beach and has stunning sea views.

The large building has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens and two living rooms. Both living rooms have plasma TVs with DStv Bouquet Packages. The kitchens are both well equipped with stoves, tea and coffee-making facilities, and all cutlery and crockery is provided.

There is a huge upstairs entertainment area with a pool table a table tennis table and a large built in braai area.

"<p>When we arrived to check in, the previous tenants has not yet left the premises. We were only able to get access to the property almost 2 hours later.</p><p>Property requires maintenance, window leaks on the staircase, broken cupboard in the kitchen, stove that takes ages to heat up, no frying pan, we had to buy our own refuse bags and toilet paper as no additionals were provided and in two of the showers the hand held shower heads were missing. </p><p>Please be aware no towels are provided and you will need to bring your own DSTV card.</p><p>Location is excellent and views are very nice over the lagoon.</p>"

"We enjoyed a lovely weekend at this beautiful beach house. The views alone are a fantastic treat. We ended each day with a relaxing sunset stroll on the beach just across the way.<div><br /></div><div>The facilities are definitely in the luxury league with a lift operating between the three levels, making loading supplies to the upper level kitchen easy. The kitchen is equipped with a touch screen ceramic top that we eventually figured out how to use.<div><br /></div><div>An email or welcome note detailing gadget use would have made a difference. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the disconnected DsTV, and WiFi was a missing. We were also surprised that basics like loo paper and towels were not included for this upmarket venue.</div><div><br /></div><div><span style="line-height: 1.5;">Thankfully Tony replaced the missing pool cue stick tips which made for a happy enjoyable escape overall. Would visit again!</span></div></div>"
