  "We've just come back from our stay at Langebaan on the Beach, and on the whole we were a bit disappointed. The house is advertised as accommodating 10+ people, and that may be so as far as bedrooms go, but diningroom only seats 8, the table is loose and unsturdy. The stairs to get to the different floors, are a killer - quite steep to carry all your belongings and groceries, etc!! No railing around the deck outside, so not the safest if you have small children in your group, or someone has a glass or 2 too many!! There is only 1 TV which is on the 2nd floor right near 3 bedrooms and only suitable for 5 people to watch at a time!! Kettle leaked, only had an old 2 slice toaster (for 10+ people to make breakfast with??) and no big pots to make a meal for a large group of people. So on the whole, the house is clean and has ample bedrooms for a large group, but little else, to accommodate that many people in basic comfort. We had to bring our own towels, which was fine, but only to arrive and there are no bath mats on the floors and no handwash!! We won't be going there again, and it's a pity because we'd tried to get a booking for a while as it is one of the few places which can accommodate a large group!!<br />"

  "Our stay at the house was not good.The cookware is in very poor condition and not enough to cook for the amount of people the house can accomodate,the handles is loose ,the one cane chanderlier fell down,the shower fittings ,towelrails needs proper fixing to the wall,toilets don't flush properly one geaser switch trip,we arrived at 15:00 only to find house is still being cleaned ,lady that clean only left at 15.30 house was booked as from 14:00 ,the mops used is dirty &amp; stink ,the deck is in need of repair and sealer.Base of some beds need to be replaced ,basement smell mouldy,dishwasher but no tablets to put in,dining table cheap 16mm top.The view is stunning .I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS HOUSE."

  "This house has the most wonderful views. We really loved that. Other than that, the place is sadly and disappointingly rundown.Mattresses are lumpy, duvets and pillows are flat and old. The top four bedrooms (only one has a double bed - others have singles) all have en-suites - either bath or shower. Showers are small, which are made smaller by old awful curtains which are sucked in when showering. The three downstairs bedrooms are awful. They are in the basement with an overpowering stench of garage fumes and damp. They all three share a single shower and toilet. I would never put anyone in these three rooms. Kitchen counters are black painted wood, which has chipped badly, resembling forgotten crumbs. Plenty of chipped crockery, but fortunately there was enough of everything so we did not need to use the chipped mugs and plates.Patio doors are desperate for a service. The keys would not turn, and when we finally got them opened we needed serious muscle strength to open them. All that being said, we would not mind going back (because of the setting), but will most definitely bring our own bedding."

  "The house is in a great location with a lovely beach. However when we arrived the glasses and several kitchen utensils were not clean (some not washed at all!) and we only received 8 towels for 11 quests even though we were told there would be linen and towels. For the price of the house this is unacceptable."

  "This was one of best getaway weekends. The security is really tight which was nice as our kids could walk freely around the area. You don't have to go with them to the beach because you can watch them from the house. It would've been nice to use the Jacuzzi, but I'll be back again and very soon. Thanks."

The walk along the beach to Mykonos was great, people are friendly and just the house in ALL was truly a memory to take with forever....
