Beach Villa No. 1

Beach Villa No. 1 is a stunning six-bedroom house overlooking the length of Camps Bay beach, with the most amazing uninterrupted sea and mountain views from the living and dining areas, patio and pool deck, as well as from two sea-facing bedrooms. Camps Bays long sandy beach and excellent selection of restaurants, bars and cafes are just a short walk away down private steps to the beach road at the front of the property.

This is a great house for fun and entertaining. Apart from the spacious, high-ceilinged living and dining room, there are other entertainment areas next to the kitchen and around the cocktail bar overlooking the split-level patio and pool deck, where there is also an outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers and a large gas barbecue.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is particularly large and attractively designed, with high-ceilings and spectacular sea views. It also has its own small dressing room and en-suite bathroom, again with great sea views. There is another en-suite double bedroom next door, with a private sea-facing balcony, as well as two further bedrooms upstairs towards the rear of the house, where there is also a study and lounge area with a mini-sound system, fax machine and Internet access. These two bedrooms share a bathroom(with a bath and shower. The fifth double bedroom, with small en-suite shower room, is located downstairs at the rear of the house.

There is also a separate shower room and guest toilet downstairs, as well as a laundry room with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. A small sixth double bedroom with an en-suite shower room is located on its own just outside the front entrance to the house. The house is furnished throughout in soft, light colours and with light wood floors. Satellite television, Internet access and several small CD/sound systems are available in different rooms.
