Designed as a location for the fashion and film industry, this unique villa is named after its unique waterfall feature that overflows into the natural rocky swimming pool with separate plunge pool area and stunning views of Table Mountain.

Situated within walking distance from Camps Bay beachfront, Cascades Villa is built on four levels alongside a large terraced garden. It offers ample living space inside, with four en-suite bedrooms and a small study room with a sofa bed that can serve as a fifth bedroom on request.

This spectacular three-level self-catering house features a fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry room outside. Both lounge areas include a fireplace and TV with comfortable furniture. The house also has a study and dining area for eight guests.

The living area opens onto a pool area outside with outdoor braai, bar counter and four sun loungers. The three outdoor dining areas include four outdoor tables that can accommodates up to 18 guests.
