Woodpecker Lodge

Welcome to one of the most romantic hideaways in the Western Cape. Along with sweeping views of Noordhoek Beach, the Wetlands and out to the little surfing village of Kommetjie, the Woodpecker Lodge lies nestled in the midst of the Milkwoods, on the slopes of Chapmans Peak.

Four guests are accommodated in two double bedrooms, that both enjoy sea views. Downstairs the well-fitted and equipped kitchen has laundry facilities and a little wooden table; open the windows and let the forest in. The cosy lounge has comfortable loungers, a television and a fireplace, ideal for cold evenings or lazy afternoons with a good book.

This discreet little wooden cabin offers a true sanctuary and a relaxing retreat. Here you can become one with nature and experience her magnificent views, spectacular sunsets and long stretches of pristine beach.The lodge enjoys direct beach access and is privately situated in the Monkey Valley Resort.
