"We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. We stayed in room 104. I would like to bring to your attention that the grouting between the tiles in the entrance just as you enter the room and carpet, is brittle and coming out. This is not something that the cleaners will pick up, so I thought I would let you know. Other than that, everything was perfect. We will surely come again!
"The staff are refreshingly friendly! We loved our stay. Zip lining.... Mini golf and target shooting was fun for the whole family. Rooms are neat and clean. Thank you."
"We booked 3 self-catering units. Upon arrival we were notified that the resort decided to change this to hotel rooms without any notification. They then blamed this on Safarinow. Total lack of ownership."
"We had an awesome time at your hotel !!! Our room was of top quality. We loved it BIIIIG time. I have just two minor suggestions. 1) I would have loved to see a few drinks and cold water in the beautiful little fridge and a switch to switch off the light of the fridge. 2) On Thursday evening I did not find the waitresses matching the service that a 4 star rated Hotel should provide. On Friday evening it was on par with a 4 star rating. BUT have to mention that the service in the restaurant, bar and reception were ALWAYS friendly. We will be back and this time in summer time."
"We had a super time at Piekenierskloof Lodge. Our kids had so much fun at this is a place and we will definitely visit again."
"I booked a much needed family vacation 3 months prior to due date. Booking was paid and confirmed - great was my frustration and disappointment when on confirming finer details 3 days before arrival I was told that we were to much for the chalet as the 2 babies, 1 is 6 months old and the other is 13 months are counted as a person each. When I asked the lady at reception what I am supposed to do 3 days before the time, whereas I gave the totals and ages of the children in the original booking that was accepted and confirmed, I was told to decide whom to leave at home as they had no other accommodation. Imagine my upset- I then contacted Dream Vacations through which the booking was made, the lady Hilda was very apologetic and helpful and quickly came up with a solution with no extra cost on our side. Thank you Hilda for helping to generate family memories. Afabulous time was had by all!"
"We were 12 ladies and we had a great time. It's a great place for families and friends. I am going back with my children before the end of this year. The place was very clean and inviting, they also take the safety of guests very seriously,"
"We loved our stay at the lodge - it's also perfect for kids, my niece and nephew loved the games room and swimming pools. I will highly recommend this if you are looking for good value for money, modern, self-catering accommodation (we stayed in one of the chalets), not too far from Cape Town, but far enough to feel as if you are on holiday."
"Lovely chalets, peaceful and stunning views!!"
"Thanks to the fantastic team that has gone out of their way to make our stay memorable. Staff are friendly and always willing to assist in our needs! Well done!"
