  "The location has a great view over the water onto the mountains but overall I was a bit disappointed. The house was a little unkempt and not as clean as I would have liked. There were also a few broken light bulbs which was annoying."

  "What a fantastic spot for a laid back weekend. The views over Clanwilliam Dam are spectacular and it's at the "right" end of the dam, with not another house in sight.You can even launch your boat from the bottom of the track that runs down the side of the house. It's not fancy but oh so comfortable and well appointed. Two bedrooms with king size beds and excellent linen. One bedroom with a couple of twins. The living areas are massive and open plan. Every possible mod-convenience provided, including air conditioning. A great spot to base yourself in for springtime flower spotting or just hanging out and enjoying the peace and quiet. Also a birdwatchers paradise. We enjoyed it immensely."

  "The view is wonderful. The house is well stocked, clean, and has comfortable rooms. The living spaces needed some attention. The directions provided were not clear, the road was not marked, which caused confusion, and the name "Cape Cederview" is not displayed anywhere. In fact, Cederview is spelled "Sederview" once on 8 km dirt road to the house. If you enjoy watersports and have a boat, this would be an ideal location."
