Owls Hoot
Owls Hoot is a rustic, well-equipped and very clean two-bedroom cottage located just 500 m outside of Clanwilliam.
The two bedrooms offer a double bed and twin beds respectively. Bedding, linen and towels are all supplied. The bedrooms are serviced by a single bathroom with a separate toilet and fans are installed in each room for your comfort. The kitchen is nicely equipped for self-catering and features a microwave oven, stove, fridge and other small appliances. If you are keen to light up a fire, a portable braai facility is available on the patio. The sitting room comes with comfortable seating.
Outside offers a swimming pool and small garden area. The area provides any nature lover an excellent opportunity to explore and take in the natural wildlife and fauna. Enjoy superb nature trails and hiking routes in the Cederberg.

It was very clean and had everything we needed except that the WiFi wasn't working while we were there, but in their favour, Lindie the hostess had phoned us about it and was even willing to find a different place for us to stay. We were glad we didn't go elsewhere as Owls Hoot is very central to everything and is just outside of town, which was perfect for us. Will definitely return next year if it's available."

"A lovely two night stay"
09 May 2017"Owls Hoot was a perfect place to spend two night as we were coming to the end of a massive road trip. Except for our San Rock Art Walk, we were able to just relax. Lindie, our hostess, was so welcoming and helpful...even offering to have our laundry done by her domestic. The kitchen could be updated a bit updated. Still, the entire setting was more than we expected. If ever in Clanwilliam again, Owls Hoot will definitely be our place."

Lindie recommended a new restaurant just down the road, full of Friday evening atmosphere. We were sorry not to be staying longer. Our thanks to Lindie and Derek."

15 July 2013"What a beautiful house. We stayed over for one night on out way from Windhoek to Cape Town. The owners were kind enough to explain all the amenities and we shorted for nothing. Beds were warm and comfortable and plenty of space in the house. Safe parking for our vehicle and close to restaurants. Would be nice to spend some more time there and explore the surrounds. Maybe in the future?!"
