  "The room was everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen with braai on the patio.<br/>Akzente is located almost in the business center and we enjoyed walking around town without having to face the traffic and finding parking. It is safe at night as well, thus we could walk off our dinner on the way back to the guest house.<br/>The view of the mountains from the patio is wonderful"

There were even cookies for the coffee.<div><br /></div><div>The alley access out the back leads you straight to the first restaurant, the Roter Hahn's deck, within a few steps. Everything is a brief stroll away.</div><div><br /></div><div>I can recommend Akzente for a good stay at a fair price.</div>"

  "We stayed in Alda's room (the bachelor flat) for three nights. We have two small children and they accomodated us with a children's bed for one of them (the flat has only three single beds). The flat is really very spacious, much bigger than I had in mind! I would not say Akzente is a honeymoon destination or a place for a romantic weekend for two, but really good value for money and family friendly. They have a garden with a jungle gym and the kids enjoyed playing there. The owners are really friendly and try to accommodate your needs. Another plus is that it is located so close to the town square, you only walk a few metres! We had a great weekend in Clarens, went for an easy hike (45 min) with the children in the Golden Gate National Park, there are a lot of walking trails that start at the Glen Reenen Rest Camp. The restaurant on the way there - Sugar and Cinnamon - has a great view and wonderful food - please stop! And in town we love the Clarens Brewery - only my husband drinks the beer - but the food is also good - sausages, pickles, cheese and bread, also catering for kids."

  "We had a really pleasant stay at Akzente. The view from the house is amazing and just adds to the relaxing atmosphere. It is also very convenient that Akzente is situated in town and that it was not necessary to get into our car once. It was all that we hoped for!"
