    "Had a great weekend. Meals on the stoep were the highlight of each day with great views of the countryside. Exactly what we needed, a beautiful, relaxing break from the city. The house is clean and beautiful. A must do if you need some time away. Please just sort out the signage though. Certainly going back."

    "The style of the house is impeccable! There's attention to details through and through. The views from the stoep are breath taking.Farm holiday has never been so pleasant! We certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to escape the city life.The directions from Clarens village are not clearly visible though. Bigger signage is necessary."

    "Fantastic country and much-loved feel to the house - made us feel like welcome friends visiting a family home. Great patio and garden with swings and slide for the kids (5yrs & 2yrs) who loved it and didn't want to leave (always a good sign!). Breathtaking views of mountains and just far enough outside Clarens to feel remote, but close enough to feel like you can pop in to schmooze around town. Upmarket finishings throughout the house, gorgeous bedrooms but the patio is definitely where we spent most of our time. Great spoil!"

    "This is the best place we have stayed at in Clarens! The house is really lovely and it felt like a real spoil. It's also great for kids. We enjoyed stunning braais on the patio and the kids rode their bikes in the estate safely. The house is only 5kms from town, but it's tucked away around a mountainso it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. It's very quiet andpeaceful, and the scenery and views are wonderful. We will definitely be back!"

    "Claridge House was a beautiful lodge we spent in. We were amazed that everything we needed was actually under one roof! The kids loved having an open garden to run wild and free. They were especially intrigued with the hen coop and excited to find fresh eggs! The housekeeper was always friendly and tried to help for whatever reason it may be! Thank you for a lovely experience!"
