Hillside Cottage

Hillside Cottage is situated in a cul-de-sac in the Swartland suburb of Clarens and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a charming, double-storey cottage. The Swartland suburb of Clarens is a residential area located within close proximity to the town square, wide expansive views, and surrounded by mountains.

The cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests, and a spacious, covered patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities welcomes guests to the home. Double patio doors lead into the comfortable lounge, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, and a TV with a compact DStv package. The lounge leads into a large dining room and an open-plan kitchen. The fully self-catering kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven and stove, a microwave, and a kettle and toaster.

There is a downstairs bedroom with twin beds and a separate downstairs toilet, hand basin and shower. A flight of stairs leads to the upper level of the house, where the main bedroom with a queen-size bed is situated. The third bedroom with 4 single beds allows for large family groups. In between the bedrooms, there is a second bathroom with a toilet, hand basin and bath. All linen and towels are provided, and every bed has extra blankets and an electric blanket for those cold nights.

Guests have access to off-street, undercover parking for 2 vehicles on the property, and there is a double terrace garden in front of the house with plenty of space for children to play in the fully fenced garden.

Hillside Cottage is ideally situated for walks around Clarens, whether up to the town square or along the walking trails that have been laid out for hiking. Many of them have starting points in and around the vicinity of the cottage. Hillside Cottage is the ideal getaway for those in search for some rest and relaxation.
