  "Absolutely amazing. Aukeline was so kind and the unit has everything you could need. Waking up to the view of the hills was beautiful. Also appreciated that it was away from bustle of Clarens and extremely quiet and calming. Aukeline also prepared risks for us!"

  "Jovali is a great stay if you wish to get out of Gauteng. It is so quite that you can hear yourself recharge. You are staying outside of Clarens but it is not that far that you can't drive in for dinner. Aukeline is friendly and made sure everything is in order. Her rusks are to die for. We had a great stay and we are planning to return in the winter next year."

  "My hubby, myself and our 4 month ild baby stayed here for 6 nights and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Comfortable, stunning, warm, super friendly hosts, delicious rusks ect ect. We enjoyed going out for MTB cycles and afternoon runs!Definitely recommended to those needing to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.Thank you for an amazing stay!!"

  "We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time. The host is very friendly and accommodating, the view from the front stoep unbelievable and the interior decorating stylish and welcoming. It is close to Clarens and the Golden Gate National Park."

  "We had a lovely stay at Jovali! Really enjoyed the setting of being out in the fields and mountains surrounding us. Jovali has a well equipped kitchen. I agree with other comments - the rusks are delightful! Good to know there is internet connect there if needed for emergency work."

  "The setting is beautiful and tranquil and Aukeline is a charming hostess. The unit is tastefully decorated with many special touches.However, we found the unit extremely small. We were advised to keep the windows and door closed at night to keep the insects out which made one feel a tad boxed in. We definitely did not like the scrunching gravel underfoot and the very uncomfortable chairs on the patio.We also found privacy to be minimal and we tended to talk in whispers for fear of causing a disturbance to the owners residing just above.Regrettably, all in all not a very comfortable stay."
